These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 550pub ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), governing your access to and use of the 550pub platform, including the website accessible at 550pub.club and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, gaming content, and services.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

550pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilHealth ID) and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 550pub may result in temporary restriction of account access pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on the 550pub platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with any pending balances or bonus credits subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 550pub login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service or account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available and recommended by 550pub;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or social media contacts;
• Notify 550pub's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

550pub will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. All gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims made through your account are your legal responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorized by you personally.

4.1 Deposits. 550pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT (via TRC20 and ERC20 networks). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with a minimum of ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or USDT, depending on the method selected. All deposits are credited to your 550pub wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds by the platform.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day; USDT withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes following identity verification.

4.3 Currency. All account balances on 550pub are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless the user has specifically elected a USDT wallet. Currency conversion rates for USDT transactions are applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. 550pub is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

4.4 Prohibited Sources. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 550pub account originate from legitimate, lawfully earned sources, and that no deposit constitutes proceeds of crime, fraud, or money laundering. 550pub is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine financial authorities as required by applicable law.

550pub offers various promotions to its registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, free bingo cards, sports free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

General bonus terms applicable to all 550pub promotions include:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion, including any minimum deposit threshold;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise by 550pub;
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited;
• 550pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and subject to active wagering will be honored according to its original terms;
• Players who 550pub determines are abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — may have their bonus voided and winnings confiscated.

All games available on the 550pub platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, table games, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

All casino game outcomes on 550pub are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by human dealers under camera surveillance. 550pub does not alter, override, or manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or other interruption during a gaming session, 550pub's system will attempt to complete the interrupted round using the last confirmed state of the game. Where this is not technically possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. 550pub's records of game outcomes constitute the authoritative record and shall prevail in any dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 550pub platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account per person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or otherwise interact with the 550pub platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploits are subject to reversal;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or money laundering activities;
• Accessing the platform using VPNs, proxies, or other tools designed to obscure your true geographic location or identity;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 550pub staff or other platform users;
• Transferring funds between accounts or facilitating the transfer of account credits to third parties.

All content on the 550pub platform — including but not limited to the 550pub brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software, and code — is the proprietary intellectual property of 550pub or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 550pub platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not extend to the reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 550pub content without express written authorization from the Company.

550pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is accessible at 550pub.club/privacy-policy. By using the 550pub platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 550pub includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction history, gameplay records, and device/connection data. This data is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalized gaming experiences. 550pub does not sell personal data to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 550pub's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

550pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gaming losses, arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, even if 550pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. 550pub does not guarantee any specific gaming outcomes, winnings, or returns. All gaming decisions are made voluntarily and at your own risk.

550pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has been identified; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; a regulatory authority has directed 550pub to do so; or the account holder has applied for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, 550pub may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, 550pub may forfeit the balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where account closure occurs for reasons other than breach (e.g., player-initiated closure or self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 7 business days.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 550pub customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 550pub for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is raised.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved by negotiation or regulatory referral.

550pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 550pub will notify registered users via email to their registered email address and/or by prominently displaying a notice on the 550pub platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 550pub platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
